All About All Craft TV

Hello and thank you for stopping by and having a look around All Craft TV! I truly hope you enjoy reading, watching and creating all the patterns that are available. There is already so much to crochet and create here but make sure you keep stopping by so that you don’t miss out on any projects! I post weekly on our blog and YouTube Channel.

All Craft TV started as a YouTube Channel first at the beginning of 2017 with some not-so-great videos (first few videos usually aren’t :/ ) of just crocheting what ever I could and my lovely mum, Amanda, doing some awesome home deco projects, though we decided to also create a blog to post written patterns and step by step tutorials.

The YouTube Channel and blog, whilst still a baby in my eyes has definitely grown and become something that we can be proud of. I hope you stick around with us and watch what we will become in 2018 and in the future!

About Sara (The Crocheter)

I have recently graduated from University [Queensland, AU – Yes I am Australian 🙂 ] with a Bachelor of Science in December 2017. I am glad to say that those 4 years have taught me a lot about self discipline, determination and planning which has allowed me to stay somewhat organised with the crocheting projects posted on our YouTube Channel and blog.

I learned to crochet in 2008 when my year 7 teacher at the time taught us how to crochet the basic granny square. Being left handed myself, I don’t remember much about the process of learning how to crochet, though I do remember that I was super determined to master the granny square. In the end, I did crochet a granny square which I still have today and has absolutely no purpose whatsoever. In the end, I wasn’t determined to makes something useful, I just wanted to learn how to crochet.

Over the years of high school I dabbled here and there, picking up the hook and then putting it back down, watching YouTube tutorials to see if I could crochet something more. But life got busier and crocheting just got left behind. Hey it happens, right? I focused more on my future and what I wanted to do for a living or a career rather than crocheting.

In 2013, my last year of high school I applied for the Bachelor of Science degree which started the following year. From 2014 to 2016, I attended lectures and practicals for the courses that I needed to pass and I soon found out how stressful university could be. So I decided to pick back up my hook and begin crocheting a granny square blanket in 2015. And from there I was hooked! No more dabbling or picking up the hook and putting it down, I actually crocheted a blanket! An ugly blanket but it was still a blanket! I was so excited that I crocheted another blanket.

Crocheting blankets soon turned into creating our YouTube Channel where I just posted anything that I could. About half way through 2017, I wanted All Craft TV to be more so I started designing and posting actual tutorials that people would want to learn how to crochet. There are still so many patterns to create and I can’t wait to see what the future holds. So stay tuned!
